Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not fit, you can return it to the above delivery address within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and simply reorder the desired item. This allows you to check directly whether it is still available.

To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be returned within the specified period and be in perfect condition. We only accept unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please ensure that labels have not been removed and that the items are not dirty or damaged. The quality label must still be attached to the product.

Please enclose the completed return slip, delivery note, or at least a written note with your return. Without these documents, your return may not be processed or may be delayed.

We ask that you do not send returns carriage forward or uninsured. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Once we have received your return, it will usually be processed within one to two weeks. The refund will be made depending on the payment method you chose. If you paid in advance, we will refund the amount to your checking account, which may take up to five business days. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. For payments made by direct debit, credit card, or invoice via PayPal, the chargeback will be initiated by PayPal. This process can take up to 16 days and is beyond our control. If you have any questions about this, please contact PayPal directly.

If you are returning items from Switzerland or another third country to Austria, please clearly mark the package as returned goods or goods return. Also include a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) and a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase to prove the origin of the goods. Only with complete and correct documentation can a duty-free return be guaranteed.

 

Damage and problems 

In the event of a defect or damage, we will of course help you within the scope of the statutory warranty. Please send us an email with a description and clear pictures of the damage to beamercult@gmail.com. We will contact you as soon as possible. The statutory warranty period is 24 months from delivery of the goods. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.
