Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us or if a product does not fit you, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. In this case, you can return the goods to the return address listed below. Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like to receive a different item, please place a new order. This also allows you to check directly whether the desired item is still available.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging. Labels must not have been removed and the product must not show any signs of use. The quality label must still be attached to the item.

Please enclose the completed return slip, delivery note, or a written note with your order number with the return shipment. Returns without the appropriate documentation may not be processed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please do not send packages to us carriage forward and preferably insured. We cannot accept shipments sent carriage forward.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been checked, the purchase price will usually be refunded within 7 to 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

If you paid in advance, we will transfer the amount to your specified bank account. If you paid by PayPal, credit card, direct debit, or purchase on account, the refund will be made via the respective payment service provider. Please note that the refund process—especially with PayPal—can take up to 16 days. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this period. If you have any questions about payment processing, please contact PayPal directly.

Warranty

If an item has a defect that is not due to normal wear and tear or improper use, you can submit a complaint within the statutory warranty period of 24 months from delivery of the goods. Please send us an email with a description of the defect and relevant photos to: beamercult@gmail.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that additional warranty services beyond the statutory warranty claims only exist if these have been expressly agreed in writing.

Note on the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal, as provided for in our Terms and Conditions.
