Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed, your goods will be prepared for shipment. The delivery times stated refer to regular working days and apply from the day after the payment instruction. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

– EU-wide: 4–14 business days

Switzerland & Liechtenstein
– Due to various customs duties, we are unfortunately unable to offer delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein at this time.

United Kingdom
– Due to various customs duties, we are unfortunately unable to offer delivery to the UK at this time.

USA
– Due to high shipping costs and customs duties, we are unfortunately unable to offer delivery to the USA at this time.

Customs duties and additional fees for deliveries outside the EU

Deliveries to third countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and taxes. These are levied by the local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We have no influence on the amount of these fees. If the package is not accepted, it will be returned.

 

§ 4 Shipping & Delivery

(1) Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process. Goods will only be shipped after successful payment authorization or receipt of payment.

(2) Unless otherwise specified, delivery will take place within
– 3–6 business days to Austria
– 4–14 business days within the EU

(3) There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For orders from non-EU countries, the delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance.

(4) Shipping within the EU is carried out by Austrian Post.

(5) Deliveries outside the EU are not offered due to customs barriers.

(6) The shipping costs stated in the online shop at the time of ordering apply. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value; the respective threshold is stated on the website.

(7) If acceptance of the goods is refused or the shipment is not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address details, the customer shall bear the resulting return costs.
